Carnaroli rice with asparagus from our Murgia and crispy capocollo

Strigoli with Cervellata from Toritto, yellow datterino tomato cream, roasted cherry tomatoes, and basil oil

Main Course:
Beef tagliata with arugula and Reggiano cheese shavings with balsamic reduction

Oven-baked potatoes with rosemary and raw vegetables

Dessert:
Seasonal fruit with ricotta mousse, chocolate, pears, and cinnamon with crispy sweet bread
